Dūdhaprasańga

[Kṛṣṇa says] O Mother! I will drink milk only on the condition that it will taste very nice; bring the milk which I milched out of the cow — feed me only that milk.||1||

[Kṛṣṇa continues] I will not drink the milk from any other cow, even if you process it in a million ways. The mother replies that the milk is from the same cow; but Kānhā didn't believe and asked Yaśodā again and again for a pledge.||2||

[Yaśodā says] Who is dearer to me than You? She tries to persuade Kānhā again and again. ‘‘Sūradāsa’’ says that mother brought the requested milk from the particular cow for Śyāma.||3||
