Do an Āratī of Playful Hanumāna, Who destroys the wicked and Who is a part of Lord Raghunātha.||1||
Do an Āratī of Playful Hanumāna, Who destroys the wicked and Who is a part of Lord Raghunātha, Whose strength shakes the best mountains, Who is never attended by fault and diseases, Who is the son of Añjani, Who imparts immense strength, and Who always helps the sages.||2||
Do an Āratī of Playful Hanumāna, Who destroys the wicked and Who is a part of Lord Raghunātha, Who was sent by Raghunātha for an important cause, Who went to Lańkā and brought the news about the state of Sītā. Though Lańkā is separated by an ocean, but it did not cause any impediment to the Son of Wind.||3||
Do an Āratī of Playful Hanumāna, Who destroys the wicked and Who is a part of Lord Raghunātha, Who burnt Lańkā and destroyed the demons, Who adorned the service of Sītā and Rāma. Lakṣmaṇa was fallen faint and weak [during the battle of Rāma and Rāvaṇa], but You brought Saḿjīvana and restored His life.||4||
Do an Āratī of Playful Hanumāna, Who destroys the wicked and Who is a part of Lord Raghunātha, Who went to the underground territories and shattered the prisons of Yama, Who uprooted the arm of Ahirāvaṇa, Who destroyed the army of demons with the left hand, and Who absolves the saints with His right hand.||5||
Do an Āratī of Playful Hanumāna, Who destroys the wicked and Who is a part of Lord Raghunātha, and Who is honored by sages, men and demi-gods by words thus ‘‘Jaya Hanumāna.’’ Mother Añjanā is doing the Āratī of Hanumāna with the flame of camphor in a gold-plate.||6||
Do an Āratī of Playful Hanumāna, Who destroys the wicked and Who is a devotee of Lord Raghunātha. Those who sing the Āratī of Hanumāna, live in Vaikuṇṭha and achieve the ultimate salvation.||7||
