O Viṣṇu, Who is smiling with flower, and Who is the best! You are known as Vauṣaṭ and Vaṣaṭkāra. My regards to You. You are the foremost and You consume oblations put in a sacrifice. O Viṣṇu, Who is venerable, Who has a golden navel, Who is Nārāyaṇa, Who has three-eyes, Who has the color of the Sun, Who is resplendent like the Sun, Who is the best entity, Who is the first Lord, Who moves in good stride, Who is the abode of light, Who is Śambhu (Śiva), Who is Svayambhū, Who manifests as living world, Who manifests as the elements, and Who is the manifestation of the world!
