Maṅgalagītam

Be victorious, O Hari, Who is the Lord, Whose chest is adorned by Kamalā, Who wears ear-hoops, and Who has a beautiful shiny garland of flowers!. Be victorious, O Hari, the one Who is the Lord, Who is the ornation of the solar system (dinamaṇi is sun), Who destroys metempsychosis, and Who is the swan floating in the lake like mind of sages and people![1—2]

Be victorious, O Hari, Who is the Lord, Who destroyed Kāliya (the poisonous) snake, Who entices humans, and Who is the Sun for the lotus-like lineage of Yadu! Be victorious, O Hari, Who is the Lord, Who destroyed Madhu, Mura and Narakāsura, Who rides the bird Garuḍa, and Who is the primary cause of sport in the temples![3-4]

Be victorious, O Hari, Who is the Lord, Who has stainless lotus-group like eyes, Who destroys metempsychosis, and Who preserves the three worlds! Be victorious, O Hari, Who is the Lord, Who adorned the daughter of Janaka (i.e., Sītā) as jewel, Who won over Dūṣaṇa, and Who destroyed the ten-throated Rāvaṇa in a battle![5—6]

Be victorious, O Hari, Who is the Lord, Who is like a new blue cloud, Who held the Mount Mandara on His back as Kūrma (Tortoise), and Who is the partridge bird (Cakora) for the moon-like face of Lakṣmī! Picturize that we are saluting in Your feet. Cast fortune on the saluting us. Be victorious, O Hari![7—8]

This auspicious and bright song by Jayadeva will do happiness. O Hari, Who is the Lord! Be victorious, be victorious.[9]
